Small tools that do one thing
No accounts, no app store, no seven-day trial. Each of these opens, works, and answers a single question.
Sleep calculator
Give it a wake-up time and it returns four bedtimes built on 90-minute cycles.
SleepBreathing timer
Box 4-4-4-4, 4-7-8 or coherent 5-5, with a visible count so you stop guessing.
CalmSoul Zone quiz
Twelve questions, sixty seconds. Eight states, each with one anchor line and a smallest next action.
StatePrintable daily sheet
A one-page PDF-free worksheet: today's zone, one action, one line at night, seven-day tracker.
PrintableThe 8-zone cheat sheet
All eight states on one page — anchor, breathing, and the smallest action for each.
PrintableWhy these and not more
Every tool here answers a question you can ask at 11pm with one hand: when should I go to bed, how do I slow this down, what state am I actually in. Anything that needed an account, a sync service or a permission prompt did not make the list.
What is coming
- Focus timer — a 25/5 pomodoro that survives being left in a background tab.
- Caffeine half-life — when the coffee you drank at 4pm is still in your system at midnight.
- Noise mixer — brown, pink and white noise, mixed by hand and saved locally.
If one of these would actually be useful to you, say so and it moves up the list.
